A minimum stay is generally 3 nights, holiday weeks are 7 night stays. However some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please inquire.
Form of payment is by cash, personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
Deposits are 50% of the total rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
Special arrangements for payment of the balance upon arrival in cash can be made.
Special monthly and multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may not be included on some properties, please inquire for details.
