This upscale fully equipped, one bedroom
(2 matrimonial size beds) oceanfront
condo is located on the 7th floor of
Sea River Tower in the Holiday Inn
complex. There are views of the ocean,
beach, mountains, coastline and sunsets
from the large private balcony!
The condo has central air-conditioning,
cable TV, and wireless internet
access. It is just steps away from the
elevators; taxis/buses are readily
available; and it is walking distance to
the new shopping plaza, movie theatres
and market.
Besides the swimming pool with
swim-up bar, free beach towels,
gym, sauna and whirlpools, kids zone
play area are just a few of the
available amenities. There are also
various shops, three restaurants, an
Internet business center, and room
service is available.
Daily activities at the pool (seasonal) including
volleyball, water aerobics, massage on the beach, kids play area, etc.
Parasailing, sports fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling are also
available. Top class golf courses, downtown restaurants, nightlife and
shopping are just minutes away.

- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- 10% Discount for stays longer than 7
nights, special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please inquire for details.
