CASA DE SUEÑOS is
located just 10 minutes walking distance from Old Town Vallarta and seven
minutes from the beach in the neighborhood of Amapas. Our condo is part of a uniquely designed terraced condos featuring only twenty units, each

Casa de Sueños is a two bedroom, two bathroom residence with spacious terraces and an
incredible view of the Bay of Banderas. Inside you will find a warm atmosphere

- All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
- A minimum stay is generally 3
nights, holiday weeks are 7 night stays. However some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please
inquire.
- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- Special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please inquire for details.
